Adoption Application
The following questions are being asked of you so that the right puppy and the right placement of each Pug puppy is made.  First come first served does not allow for my recognition of most deserving, kind, and valuable future friendships made via adoptions. The adoptions waiting list is a guide not a guarantee. Seniority of applicants waiting is only partially considered in confirming adoptor for a puppy. I use my intuition, fairly considering every one in the applications pending folder to find the best home I can for available puppies using current list of all applicants.
These questions are intended for you to read only do not answer except in your own mind, and please will you think mindfully  about responsibilities a puppy presents to your family home and life..  1. Why are you seeking a Pug puppy? 2. Where will the puppy be kept during the night? 3. Where will the puppy be kept during the day? 4. Is anyone home during the day? 5. How many hours average will the puppy be left alone? 6. Someone to feed and exercise the puppy during the day? 7. Have you ever owned a dog before? 8. Do you have any other animals? 9. Do you have any children and their ages?10. Does anyone in your household have allergies to animals? 11. If yes, to what and how severe? 12. Are you interested in male or female, coat color? 13. At what age do you wish to get the puppy? 14. Have you considered an older dog rescue instead of a puppy? 15. How did you hear about this breed and my Pug breeding? 16. How many hours a day will the puppy be kept outside? 17. How will he be confined when he is outside? 18. Do you have a fenced yard or suitable pen? 19. Have you ever house trained a dog before? 20. How long have you lived at this address? 21. How long did your last pet live?     What were the circumstances of its' death? 22. Have you ever returned a pet to the breeder? Why?23. Have you ever given a pet away? Why?? 24. Have you ever taken a pet to a pound or shelter? Why?25. Do you intend to breed the dog? Why?. 26. If  AKC... interested in showing  in the AKC conformation ring?     ... Do you know difference between purebred, pedigree, registered?    ... Do you understand AKC limited registration vs full registration?
