Thank you for your interest in Private Music Lessons this summer at Music and Play! If you could please fill out the information below (one for each student), one of our cheerful administrators will contact you within 24 business hours, with lesson options and/or suggestions to complete your registration. For Summer 2020 we will offer private lessons on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and have the following Private Lesson options:
- In-Studio;
- Online/Virtual;
- a combination of In-Studio/Virtual
Lessons will be available for up to 6-weeks (from July 7 - August 13) AND to support our community and to try to keep our teachers working this summer, we are happy to offer 20% OFF SUMMER PRIVATE LESSONS if you enrol for 4 or more weeks this summer!
All student placement requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, here at M&P, we strongly encourage all new students complete a trial lesson first to ensure a good fit between the student and their potential instructor.

The health of our students, families and faculty is very important to us. To do our part to protect our community, M&P is committed to meeting and enforcing all relevant health and safety guidelines established by Civic, Provincial, National and International Health Authorities. All students and visitors will be asked to adhere to these policies and should not visit the Studios for In-Studio Lessons if they are experiencing cold or flu symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, difficulty breathing, or if they have had diarrhea within the past day.
Should a student be unable to attend, an online lesson will be available during the student's regularly scheduled lesson day and time, provided that the student has provided the studio with notice of such intent prior to 12:00 noon on the day of their lesson. All other regular make-up lesson policies will continue to apply.
We know life is unpredictable. We will continue to do our best to accommodate our families, and we are pleased to be one of the only studios to offer make-up lesson options. In the event that the M&P physical studios must be closed for any reason, our instructors will arrange mutually agreeable online lesson times with students to ensure their music education may continue uninterrupted.
