The Book Bandits Reading Club Monthly Pickup Form

Please follow the instructions listed below for timely service:

1. Fill out one (1) form per-child. (Ex. 3 children = 3 forms)

Save Our Families' presents The Book Bandit Reading Club's monthly pickup program is open to all children. By providing free access to high-quality books, Save Our Families hopes to promote equity and opportunity for all children while strengthening the community's commitment to education and lifelong learning. Each child is eligible to receive five (5) free books per month.

After you submit you form with 3-5 business a representative will contact your by e-mail or text message to setup a pickup time for your books.

Please note that we do not accept book requests.

Program Agreement:

By signing up for the Book Bandits program, I agree to the following terms and conditions: My child will receive five free books per month from the designated pick-up location. I understand that this program is pick-up only, and I am responsible for picking up the books on a monthly basis. I agree to notify the Book Bandits team if I am unable to pick up the books for any reason. I understand that the Book Bandits team may contact me with information about book distribution, upcoming events and program updates.
