Note: Subscription rates are tapered down every term to take into account the reduced time remaining until the end of the membership year. The rates listed above are correct until 15 June 2024.

OUS MEMBER ID
For each member, we will need an OUS Member ID in order to uniquely identify them and add the relevant access and/or benefits to their account. Students are automatically uploaded onto the Sports Fed system and given a Member ID at the start of each year.
How can students find their Member ID?If a club member is a student, they will probably already have a Member ID, even if they don’t know it. Only students who weren’t enrolled at the University by mid-October will not have a Member ID. Students can find their member ID by visiting the
online portal, clicking “Yes, I have an Email Address and Password”, inserting their college email address and clicking “Forgotten your password?” They will then receive an email with their Member ID and a link to reset their password.
What if a member is a non-student or doesn’t have a Member ID?Any non-student members, or students who enrolled after mid-October and cannot access a Member ID using the above steps, can sign up for a new online account to get a Member ID. To do this, they can visit the following online portals,
fill in the basic details via pay-as-you-go, and then find their Member ID in their welcome email.OU Staff: https://oxforduniversity.leisurecloud.net/JoinAtHome/landing.aspx?AppId=JH
This will also speed up the process if/when they first visit the sports centre as a club member, as the reception staff will just need to attach an access card (BOD card or member card) to their account.

SQUASH COURT BOOKINGS
After completing this form, you will receive an automatic welcome email with instructions on purchasing a "squash top-up" for £35. This allows you to make unlimited free squash court bookings at the Iffley Road Sports Centre for a full year from the day of purchase. Please allow at least three days from completing the form for the top-up to become available on your account.
You can make court bookings via the
website or via the Oxford University Sport app on
Google Play /
App Store.
If you have purchased the top-up but do not see the option to make free court bookings, please get in touch with the Sports Federation directly. OUSRC has no control over the court booking feature.
