I give my child permission to participate in all 2020 Wind Ridge VBS activities. If any injury should occur while my child is attending VBS, I do not hold the cooperative VBS, member churches, VBS staff, or the Jacktown Fair, nor any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or volunteers liable for such an occurrence.
