ARP-ESSER Stakeholder Feedback Survey
The 2021-22 enacted New York State budget includes language requiring local education agencies, such as school districts, that receive funding from the Federal Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund allocated by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPR-ESSER) to post on its website a plan by each of the school years of the ARP grant (2021-22, 2022-2023, and a portion of 2023- 2024) as to how these funds will be spent.

As we continue with the development of this plan as well as the plans for other federal, state, and local funding including next year’s District budget, we are seeking feedback from parents, faculty and staff, and other community members as to what initiatives should be considered as priorities. After completing the survey, should you have comments or questions that are directly related to this plan, please submit them to schoolopening@bscsd.org.
