This form is being provided to you because a Teen you know is applying to be a paid intern in one of our three 2022 internship experiences: Leading My Life (focus on healthy living), Leading For Justice (focus on food justice and urban gardening), or Leading Through Innovation (focus on entrepreneurship).  You can discover more about each at TeensGrowGreens.org/Internships.

As a teacher or mentor, please complete the following form for the Teen for whom you are providing a reference.  The application process for each internship will be open during the following dates:

* Leading My Life (September 16 - November 12)
* Leading For Justice (March 14 - April 15)
* Leading Through Innovation (June 20 - July 23)

Only those Teens who submit an application and have someone like you provide this reference form will be called for an interview.
