1. If pay was the only issue in this contract (It's not - see message #9- What's up with Negotiations? ), would you vote YES to ratify a contract that accepted the current District raise proposals?

The current District raise proposals are 7%-5%-3% (all faculty except part-time instructional) and 9.5%-7.5%-5.5% (part-time instructional) for academic years 2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025

2. Would you like to see compensation prioritized as a discussion point during the upcoming AFT Flex Day Forum event?

 The Forum will be held on Monday, 08/14, from 1-2:30pm (hyflex modality - Zoom link incoming!).

3. Now that mediation is over, up to four non-negotiating AFT members are allowed to join current bargaining sessions.
