Adoption Application 
An adoption fee applies. This fee includes spay/neuter, initial vaccines (boosters may be needed and are not included), FIV/FeLV testing, deworming and flea/tick prevention, and microchip. All boosters needed to finish first vaccine series post adoption are the responsibility of the adopter and proof of finished vaccinations from a veterinary clinic must be provided via email at purrhapsitsserendipityinc@gmail.com. All adoptions must be seen by a veterinarian within 2 weeks of adoption. Proof of first veterinary visit must be emailed to the rescue. 

We reserve the right to refuse adoptions to anyone. Our goal is to match our cats and kittens to forever homes. Each one has their own unique personality and needs, and we place them according to those needs to help ensure a lifelong happy home. Please understand that filling out this application does not guarantee adoption of a specific animal or any animal. We might suggest another cat that will be better suited. No animals will be adopted out to anyone that misleads, falsifies information, or is discourteous to staff.
