Investigating the effect of positive customer reviews on potential customers of B2B SaaS products in South Africa.

  Informed Consent

The following survey is being conducted in line with the academic requirements of THE IIE VEGA SCHOOL OF CAPE TOWN. as part of the BCOMM HONOURS IN STRATEGIC BRAND MANAGEMENT. 

My name is NICHOLAS NORMAN and the aim of my research is to further the understanding of the effect of positive customer reviews on the subjective norms, attitudes, and perceived behavioural control of prospective customers and the possible implications of effecting these hold for the intentions and possible resulting behaviour of these potential customers when considering a Business-to-Business Software-as-a-Service product in South Africa. Based on this insight, the research will utilise the findings of the questionnaire and the theory of planned behaviour to predict future purchase intention of potential customers of B2B SaaS products in the South African context.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary and open to participants who are over the age of 18 years old and who have previously purchased software-as-a-service products for a B2B organisation within South Africa.

You may withdraw your participation at any time and there will be no penalties for withdrawal or non-completion of the survey.  The procedure involves completing an online survey, which will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

No personal information is required from you for the completion of this survey and all information will be kept anonymous. The findings of this research will presented in the final Research Project submission to Vega, however all collected data will be stored under a password protected file on the researchers computer for a period of five years. 

The analysed results of this data will be shared for scholarly purposes only and shared with the academic coordinators of THE IIE VEGA SCHOOL OF CAPE TOWN RESE8419/w/p Module.
