Cost of the training
The cost of the training is $475 and includes a textbook, a workbook, continental breakfast and lunch on both days. We will e-mail you an invoice. Payment can be made with a check or credit card. The address to mail a check and the phone number to call with a credit card will be on the invoice.  
Cancelation Policy
You may cancel your registration by April 15, 2024 and receive a full refund. Cancelations after April 15, but prior to May 15 will receive a 50% refund. Cancelations after May 15 are not refundable, but you may send a substitute participant.
