I'd love to know a little about what you do in your business but we're more interested in the why behind it. What in your own personal story helped you to make the decision of running this beautiful business.

For example, I lacked massive confidence when I was a child, I was deeply miserable because of my family circumstances and felt worthless. I had a father who I adored who attempted suicide many, many times , once told me that nothing was worth living for and eventually took his life when I was 24. I felt that if I were to disappear that no-one would even notice. Until one day I decided, for myself, that I didn't want to be that version of myself, that sad, shy little girl who was becoming a sad, shy woman. I wanted to be happy, confident and successful. I spent my 20s and 30s doing the things that scared me, moving out of my comfort zone and eventually became the incredibly confident, happy, unique personality that I am today. I know it's possible and I want it for all my Affinity ladies and for everyone so I set about creating a space where that change could happen. So Affinity was born.

So please do get into the deeper stuff because that's what we really connect with but do only share what you're (mostly) comfortable sharing. I say mostly because we do need to lean into discomfort a little and stretch our comfort zones so go lightly but do stretch.
