Welcome to HUB Cycling's Youth Advisory Committee 2023 Youth Survey!

The Youth Advisory Committee is a group of young people between the ages of 14-24 who are passionate in fulfilling HUB Cycling's mission of getting more people to bike more often! More specifically, we recognize that youth voices can often be missed in larger planning and advocacy conversations and we wish to amplify youth voices in order to have youth-specific needs, interests and desired addressed in Metro Vancouver planning practices.

One way that we are striving to get youth voices heard is by compiling information on youth cycling habits to better understand specific priorities for our advocacy work. By filling out this survey, you are helping elevate youth interests and furthering the work of creating a more bike-friendly city and region!

Thank you in advance for your time and effort in completing this survey, please note that not all questions are mandatory however we would appreciate as much details as you can provide. Furthermore, this survey is available to the parents of youth who wish to fill out the survey on their child's behalf (If you are a parent filling out the survey on behalf of your youth, please put your youth's age and gender in the first two question prompts.)  The survey is also available for people who are neither youth nor parents of youth but who wish to share their own cycling experience from their time as a youth.  Any and all input is appreciated.
