Winter Wellness Gift Box Order Form

Thank you for your interest in the winter wellness gift box! It includes a bottle of fire cider, a herbal tea mix of your choice, a tea ball, calendula & lavender salve, dried cayenne peppers, honey and a small hand-stitched blank notebook. All made right here on our farm in Bowdoin, Maine (except for the honey, which was made by a friend's bees).

You can order the standard box (which gives you a discount) or customize your box. For $10 we will ship it to you or to your friends or family.

Please fill out this form for each gift box you'd like to order. There will be a link at the end to submit another response. You do not need to submit payment at this time.

Sophie's mostly mint tea: peppermint, oregano, thyme, chamomile, lemon balm (1 oz for $4.50)

Calendula & lavender healing salve (1 oz for $6)
