PaddlePlus kit loan request

Members may occasionally borrow kit for club trips & coaching that is being held off-site. This form allows you to enter details of the kit you wish to borrow. If you do not know the name of the boat\kit, please describe it and if possible, record the kits inventory number here (shown on a small paddleplus sticker).

Once you have entered details in this form, LOPC will need to be informed about the collection by a leader, coach or committee member, please DO NOT arrive at LOPC\Kilby until you have received confirmation.

From the point of collection to the point of return, the kit is your responsibility. Please look after it as if it is your own, including keeping it locked up. BA's should be hung up to dry naturally.

I understand that I am responsible for the kit loaned to me. In the unlikely event that the kit is stolen, lost or damaged due to mis-use, I will be expected replace or repair it. (break it, buy it rules!)

This does not apply whilst ON THE WATER during a club trip or coaching session
