2019 Fall Festival Food Vendor Application
The Asheboro Fall Festival, hosted by the Randolph Arts Guild will be held on October 5th and 6th. Saturday from 10 am - 6 pm, Sunday from 12 pm - 6 pm. Food Booths will be designated first come, first serve with an approved menu. Only 32 Food Vendors total will accepted to participate in the 2019 festival.  Booth fees cover both days of the festival.  Vendors are encouraged to participate for the duration of the festival.  Food booths are limited to one of the following categories listed in the application.  

Only Four ( 4) Vendors will be accepted in each Category Type.Only one Vendor from each category being represented in each Food Court. Food courts will be located at the intersections of
N. Fayetteville St/ Salisbury St., Worth st/ Cox St., S. Fayetteville St./ Academy, Sunset Ave. / Church St.

At this time, the only available food booth spaces are limited to a (10 x 10) $300.

The submission of this application in accompaniment with a $10 non-refundable registration fee will reserve your request for consideration until final approval is given by the Randolph Arts Guild.  Booth Fees will be required in full within one week of receiving application approval.

Final menu items are subject to approval by the Randolph Arts Guild.  Your menu may not include items of a different listed category from your above selection. No food vendors will be permitted to sale beverages other than canned/bottled water/sodas.  Teas & Lemonades can only be sold if you are a "Thirst Quencher" vendor. You will receive an email notifying you of any items listed outside of your selected category that need to be removed in order for your application to be considered for approval.
