Dual Credit Transition to Virtual Instruction
This 2-section form must be completed, in full, and submitted by all VU dual credit instructors wishing to offer dual credit courses virtually (hybrid or online), during the 2020-2021 academic year. Questions or concerns from VU administrators and/or faculty liaisons will be addressed, as appropriate, with the dual credit instructor. Failure to disclose alternative VU dual credit course delivery methods may result in students being unable to earn VU credit for the applicable course. This form should be completed prior to the first day of classes, or no later than Friday, August 14, 2020, whichever occurs first.
