Thank you for your interest in having your child/children join our remote Making & Tinkering Club! This online club aims to connect young learners (K-5th grade) with each other and with teachers in the Educational Psychology class at the University of Colorado, Boulder, through fun and educational activities. Please complete this form with your child's information and accept the outlined terms.

This form should be completed by the child/children's legal guardian. Please complete a separate form for each child you wish to enroll.

Este programa tiene como objetivo conectar a los jóvenes estudiantes (K-5to grado) entre sí y con los maestros en la clase de Psicología Educativa en la Universidad de Colorado Boulder, a través de actividades divertidas y educativas. In order to safeguard the safety of our young participants, we ask that you agree to the following terms:
-All participants will follow community guidelines of kindness and respect. In this regard, participants will not engage in any type of harassment or bullying,
-Participants will refrain from posting any objectionable or age-inappropriate language or content.
-Participants will not use or exploit other participants' personal information.
Any participants who do not follow the aforementioned community guidelines may have their access to the Speculative Fabulation Lab and FabSpace social network suspended at any time. Activity is closely monitored and moderated by key faculty and staff.
