Please read the following information pertaining to parking permit requests, and indicate that you understand the terms filling out an application entails.

I authorize Pacific University to charge my account and use financial aid funds which can include IV loans, grants, scholarships, or other institutional, federal, or state funds to pay any non-standard charges assessed to my student account. These charges may include, but are not limited to, the following: book charges, library fines, parking fees and/or permits, medical charges, late fees, and/or installment plan fees, printing fees, music, costume and/or lesson fees, and equipment rental fees.

I understand that although purchasing a parking permit does not guarantee a parking space on campus, it does grant me the ability to park in any available and unoccupied university parking lot and/or parking space that corresponds with my parking permit type UNLESS specifically marked/reserved for certain groups and/or individuals (e.g. student commuter parking lots/spaces, staff parking lots/spaces, disabled person parking spaces, etc.).

I understand that only vehicles with a residential parking permit (student that lives on-campus) may park overnight in the designated overnight parking lots/spaces.

I recognize that after a parking permit is processed and issued, it becomes valid for the entirety of the 2023-2024 academic year, and as such is not refundable.

I understand that a parking permit is valid for the entirety of the 2023-2024 academic year listed on the validation sticker. I understand that I must update my parking permit as needed before the start of the 2024-2025 academic year.
