Take the time to fill in this form and sign up your child to a wide variety of exciting clubs. Please fill in this form separately for each club.

If you see '______ WAITING LIST' when you choose your child's club, this means that the club has reached its capacity and that your child will be put onto a waiting list.

For any reason, if your child is being picked up by a relative, ensure that the relative has the school ID badge AND an email is sent to the teacher leading that club stating the CPR number of the relative. No child will be released to anyone without a school ID and ID check. This ensures the safety of your child and is part of our safeguarding process.
