ActiveLeärners is an enrichment programme for youths with special needs aged 13 and above. It aims to promote community integration and social interaction. To achieve this, we provide opportunities for participants to apply their literacy, numeracy and social skills to activities of daily living that involve an interaction with the wider community. The programme also comprises of ethics and attitudes component that aims to instill in participants the values of responsibility, respect, and resilience. Lessons will be conducted using ICT and autism-friendly strategies.

At the end of each programme, parents will receive:
- a portfolio of your child's work
- visual materials used for supporting your child
- an individual education plan (IEP) of your child's learning goals, competency levels and his/her interaction with the team and fellow peers. The report will also include his/her strengths, areas of improvement and effective strategies that family members may wish to adopt or share with his/her school teachers.
