Building on the previous camps that the Academy has run for the Minis section, we are proud to reintroduce our Performance Rugby Camps for 2021.

These are three day camps - Tuesday 27th to Thursday 29th July from 9:30am to 3:00pm.  The focus of the camps will continue to be, to help players understand performance behaviours, continue their tactical, technical physical & mental skill development of performance on & off the field.

The camps will cover the following:
Strength & Conditioning
Technical Skills
Tactical Understanding
Positional Specific Skills
Nutrition
Player Welfare
Performance Analysis
Mental Skills Training

The camp design is intended for young players who want to further their development, knowledge & understanding both on and off the field.  Our experienced coaching team will ensure that participants receive detailed coaching and feedback throughout the camp that the players can use going forward into the rest of the season.

The Camp costs £100 for all three days, or £35 per day.  Cost will include lunch each day.

Players should bring - indoor & outdoor training kit, snacks, water bottle, gumshields, pen/pencil, boots and trainers.
