Waiver: As the legal parent or guardian, in consideration of Sketch’s acceptance of enrollment, I release and hold harmless Sketch, New Hope Christian Fellowship, its staff, and members from any and all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in online classes or upon the premises. I understand that Sketch administrators have the right to dismiss any student at their discretion, and that I will not be entitled to a refund of tuition. I understand that I am required to supervise my child/ren at all times. *
