Every year students and families are asked to re read our schools Responsible Use of Digital Technologies Agreement. This document has been updated by the Board of Trustees in May of this year. This can be found on our school website (Parent Info) or on our School APP (Links). Once you have read this agreement with your child can you please complete this form. One forms needs to be completed for each individual child.

My child and I have read Toko Schools Responsible Use of Digital Technologies Agreement and understand these guidelines for responsible use are to be followed when using any technology at school or on any school activity. I am aware that this may include the use of a device that the school does not own. My child and I understand that if they breach this Responsible Use of Digital Technology Agreement, they may lose access to school digital technology services, including the use of the internet, on school owned devices or any personally owned device used at school. *
