Calling all Market Stall holders - Stall holders Expressions of Interest

Mowbray Public School Parents and Citizens Association is hosting ‘Celebrate Mowbray’ an afternoon of rides, stalls, live entertainment and food trucks on Saturday 10th December 2022 from 3.30-8.30pm. The evening will culminate in a fireworks display at approximately 8.45pm.

We expect approx. 600 - 800  patrons attend Celebrate Mowbray and enjoy the afternoon’s festivities. 

Stalls & Spaces Available

We are looking for market stall holders with goods and services that are family friendly. All external stalls must provide their own tents (3 x 3m unless otherwise agreed), tables, chairs, props and marketing materials. Internal stalls do not require a tent but you must supply your own table and chairs (unless otherwise agreed). Power and water will not be supplied.

Fees & Charges

External Site: Market Stalls $50 (3m x 3m outdoor space, BYO gazebo, tables and chairs)

Internal Stalls: $30 (2m x 2m space only in the hall)

Other event info

Stalls and spaces are limited and we will be assessing applications based on an appropriate mix of goods and services being available to maximise the enjoyment of our guests. We make no guarantees or representations on forecast attendance, weather or conditions on the day. We reserve the right to postpone the event to be held within 12months or in extreme cases cancel the event based on weather and other factors which may impact the successful operation of the event.

In order to submit your expression of interest, you will need some basic business information (contact details, ABN, etc.) and your insurance policy. 

Our Fundraising Approach

Our P&C exists to provide a sense of community, connection and contribution. All funds raised by the P&C go directly towards making life and learning more enjoyable for the Mowbray community. This year, we are raising funds to contribute toward additional play spaces in the school grounds.

If my stall is approved, I will be notified by email and will then be required to pay the Stall Holder Fee no later than 30 November 2022 to confirm my stall allocation for this event.
