Parent Volunteer Form - Field Day 2023
The BIG DAY is fast approaching!  This year’s Field Day will be on Wednesday, May 31, 2022. Students will visit different stations throughout the day varying in activity.

Of course, Field Day cannot be successful unless there are many parents who assist at the various stations.  If you are able to help on May 31st, please fill out the form below and return it to school by Friday, May 26th.  Parents must sign up in advance AS WELL AS complete a level 1 background check in order to help out on Field Day.  Don’t worry if you can only help out half the day, we will not turn anyone away!  The only thing that we ask is that you do not bring younger siblings because your attention is really needed at the stations and on the students. I will try to send a sheet closer to Field Day indicating which station you will work.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at school 336-651-4200.  Thank you in advance for volunteering on this fun day!!

Best,

Coach Elmore

you only need to complete the background check if you have not completed a LEVEL 1 background check in the last 6 months. If you are unsure - the process is quick and free so it is best to be safe than sorry.
