2024-2025 - Application to apply or re-apply for Open Enrollment                                    
Please complete this form if you wish to apply for open enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year.  If applying for a student entering kindergarten, please also go to Seaborn Elementary to complete additional paperwork and get an appointment for a kindergarten screening.   For students that will be new to our district this year,  please email a copy of the applicant's most recent report card. If your child attended the district in the 2023-2024 school year, you do not need to submit any documents.

For new applicants, please email  a recent report card to the email address below. If an applicant will be entering grades 9-12,  please email a copy of their unofficial transcript  as well. If your child attended the district in the 2023-2024 school year, you do not need to submit any documents.

Please remember, Open Enrollment is a privilege and not a right.  The Weathersfield Local School District retains the right to remove your student at any time before, during, and after the school year.  The Weathersfield Local School District is not required to give a reason or notice.  Your child may be removed for the following: Attendance, Attitude, Behavior, Poor Grades, and any reason that the district may deem appropriate for your student’s removal.  Your student’s attendance in a previous school year does not guarantee your student a place in the next school year.

Notification of acceptance/denial will be mailed before June 30, 2024.
