FARMER VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $10. Locally grown produce and agricultural products such as eggs, honey, etc.

TEXAS COTTAGE FOOD LAW (TCFL) VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $20. Baked goods that do not require refrigeration, such as cakes, cookies, breads, and pastries, candy, coated and uncoated nuts, unroasted nut butters, fruit butters, canned jams and jellies, fruit pies, dehydrated fruits and vegetables including dried beans, popcorn and popcorns snacks, cereal, including granola, dry mixes, vinegar, mustard, roasted coffee or dry tea, dried herbs or herb mixes, whole uncut frozen fruits or vegetables, canned acidified plant-based foods, pickled fruits or vegetables with a pH of 4.6 or less. NURSERY VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $20. Plant sales outlet with a wide variety of plants, including trees, shrubs, flowers, vegetables, herbs, and ornamental plants.

ADDED VALUE VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $30. Artisanal, handcrafted goods. Examples: Hand knitted items, hand thrown ceramics, handcrafted jewelry, handcrafted woodwork, handmade artisanal candles, soaps or bath products, original paintings or artwork. Must be approved by management. 

FOOD VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $35. ONLY for food vendors selling food or beverages to consumers at the Farmers Market. Preference will be given to plant-based food vendors and healthy food options.

NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION: Fee is $10. Only for 501(c) certified organizations.

PROMOTIONAL BOOTH: Fee is $200. Companies with an established presence. Example of companies: energy companies, wireless communication companies, manufactoring corporations, etc.

2024 Vendor Licensing Agreement


This licensing agreement is by and between Laredo Main Street Inc., a certified 501(c)3 organization, hereinafter referred to as “the market”, and Vendor, hereinafter referred to as “the vendor”.

The vendor agrees to the following: 

Vendor Participation:

  • All monthly vendor booth fees are due to the Market coordinator by the Monday prior to the market in order to reserve the vendor table.
    • Payment payable via CashApp to $laredomainstreet (please insert the business name and the month of participation in the "FOR" section.)
  • Vendor set up time is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the day of the event. Vendors that arrive late without notice will have their table removed with no refund.
  • Vendor shall remain for the entirety of the event from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Items Sold and Approvals:

  • The Market reserves the right to limit and/or reject the choice of items to be sold at the Market. There is no exclusivity of types of items being sold.
  • Sale of items listed on the 2024 application must be approved by the Market coordinator prior to the Market and adhered to during the Market unless the coordinator approves changes.
  • The vendor is prohibited from selling the following items: novelty guns, novelty knives, novelty weapons, fireworks, any other items that are dangerous and/or considered a threat to the community.

Booth Assignments and Conduct:

  • The Market coordinator will make vendor booth assignments in a fair and equitable manner based on the needs of the Market.
  • In an effort to promote mutual respect amongst vendors, all vendors must sell only in their designated booth space and will not be allowed to sell or advertise their products away from their booth.
  • Vendor should prominently display a sign with the business name, product ingredients, and all required City of Laredo permits.

Health and Safety:

  • Specialty food, beverage, and Texas Cottage Food Law vendors are responsible for providing and wearing a hair net/cap, disposable gloves and setting up a hand-wash station (water gallon dispenser, bucket, soap, sanitizer, and napkins.)
  • All food product purveyors are responsible for obtaining the City of Laredo Health Department Temporary Food Handler’s Permit.
  • The use of microphones, speakers, or any other similar devices is not permitted other than by the Market staff.

Regulations and Dispute Resolution:

  • There shall be no soliciting information of any political party throughout the event.
  • The vendor agrees to clean up the designated areas at the end of each market day.
  • Market dispute resolution procedure - Any/all complaints or grievances should be brought to the attention of the Market coordinator. The vendor complaints must be made to the Market coordinator in writing and brought to the Market office in person. The Market coordinator will notify the Farmers Market Advisory Committee and investigate the issue and address it.

Weather Adjustments:

  • In case of unpredicted inclement weather, adjustments will be made to keep everyone safe.
2024 Participation Agreement


1. Agreement to Market Rules and Regulations:

  • I acknowledge receipt of and agree to observe and obey the El Centro de Laredo Farmers Market 2024 Vendor Licensing Agreement and Market Rules and Regulations.

2. Indemnification:

  • As a vendor at the El Centro de Laredo Farmers Market, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsors of the Market, Market site, Laredo Main Street Inc., Streets of Laredo Mall Inc., El Centro de Laredo Farmers Market, agents, directors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, expenses, attorney’s fees and costs arising from my use or occupancy as a vendor.

3. Vehicle Liability Insurance:

  • I agree to maintain vehicle liability insurance for the vehicle(s) used on the Market Day, where applicable, while participating in any El Centro de Laredo Farmers Market(s).

4. Participation Renewal:

  • I understand that my business's participation is scheduled on an annual/seasonal basis and is subject to review each year. Renewal of selling privileges is contingent upon factors such as consistent reserved attendance, cooperation with the Market coordinator, positive relations, product quality, sales volume, and adherence to the Market Vendor Licensing Agreement and Rules and Regulations.

5. Authorization for Inspection:

  • I declare that I have the authority to sign this agreement and give permission for Market representatives to visit the location(s) where my product(s) is/are produced and/or stored to verify compliance with the 2024 El Centro de Laredo Farmers Market Vendor Licensing Agreement and Rules and Regulations.

6. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any dispute between myself and the El Centro de Laredo Farmers Market or any other person(s) and/or entity(ies) related to participation in the Market shall be resolved according to the process outlined in the 2024 Vendor Licensing Agreement. I waive my right to a court or jury trial and agree to utilize the Market's dispute resolution procedure as the sole method of resolving disputes.
