Speed & Agility Form
I am willing to hold an 8 Week Speed and Agility session for students that would like to work on theses areas.  

The workout will consist of :
Warm Up
Dot & or Cone Drills
Wall Drills
Running Form
Agility Ladders
Cool Down

Sessions would be 45 minutes to 1 hour.  No special equipment is necessary.  Safety is still the first priority so if you plan to join, make sure you have a surface free of objects and a slip resistant.
