A Celebration for Paul Robeson’s 123rd Birthday: A Tribute & Fundraiser for the Paul Robeson House & Museum | SPEAKER & PERFORMER SUBMISSION

We are seeking 5-8 minute reflections, performances, and other creative acts to create a worldwide story circle, a ceremonial ring shout in honor of the Great Forerunner.

We want to invite you to take part in this special celebration with us which can happen in a variety of ways, with options for appearing LIVE or submitting a video-recording to be screened during the event. And while we will seek to maintain a 2-hour run-of-show for the livestream, we are excited to be able to invite extended and/or additional contributions to be archived on our YouTube channel for extended viewing at any time.

The West Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, the 501(c)3 which operates the Paul Robeson House & Museum, has partnered with the Claudia Jones School for Political Education to host an evening of celebration for Paul Robeson to take place as a publicly available virtual livestream.
