The purpose of this form is to gather information for our upcoming 3d Lacrosse Informational Zoom Meeting. We will share a Parent Information Powerpoint that will review our 3d Lacrosse and 3d NE South mission statement, who we are in the lacrosse world, our focus on strong fundamentals and proven teaching methodology as the backbone to player development.  We will also discuss types of programming we offer, our select team information, coaching staff, player advocacy, road mapping, and much much more!
