Waiver of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, do hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Ashley Gayle, and any teaching collaborators, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action, arising out of or relating to any personal injuries, including death, and property losses or damages that may occur while engaging in online dance opportunities with Ashley Gayle. I have voluntarily chosen to participate in online dance classes, at the location of my choice, at my own risk and understand it is up to me to perform these activities in an open area free from obstacles. I recognize and understand that dancing requires physical exertion, therefore the risks of physical injury and aggravation of a pre-existing injury/condition I take full responsibility for. *
