Church Members and Church Sponsored Groups must follow all current guidelines, requirements, and/or ordinances of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Commonwealth of Virginia, City of Charlottesville, Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church and First United Methodist Church Charlottesville (FUMC) during the COVID 19 pandemic and until further notice. FUMC places highest priority on the safety of its members, guests, and staff, as well as members of the Charlottesville / Albemarle community at large.
Please use this form to request the use of a room in the church. The church office and/or members of the Healthy Church Team (HCT) will review your request, keep you updated on the status of your request, and share the necessary information with church staff, HCT members, or others (as needed).
Room assignments will be based on room availability and the size of the group. The assignment will be recorded on the church calendar, which is viewable on the church website (
https://cvillefirstumc.org/).
The Church Office will contact you to confirm and provide some additional information about your reservation. If you do not hear from the Church Office then your reservation is not finalized.
