The SWE Community Colleges AG supports and promotes community college women in engineering and highlights the importance of community colleges in achieving diversity and inclusion in STEM.

The goals of the AG are to

celebrate the diverse perspectives, experiences, and contributions offered by community college women in engineering;
raise awareness of their unique pathways and challenges;
foster a sense of belonging and provide visibility and a voice in SWE and beyond;
provide a peer community that broadens professional networks and access;
disseminate and promote resources, materials, and opportunities for community women in engineering and related STEM majors.
