Kasa Healing Hr : Elemental Synthesis Circles 
This healing circle is an hour-long curated container; a time and space to practice, reflect, witness, explore, and integrate elemental wisdom within and around us (air, water, fire, earth etc). It is a weaving of intentions, journaling/drawing, breathwork, mindful awareness, guided visualizations, and somatic and wellness practices into a fabric that serves as a cocoon, supporting you to return home to your inner-core self and heart.
