Transfer Eligibility (Prescreening Consultation Application)
We need a little information from you to determine whether you are eligible to apply as a transfer student. This information will help us to determine approximately how many credits you'll be able to transfer if you do.

Check your eligibility to transfer to TCU by following these two steps:

Step 1. Complete and submit this form.

Do you want to transfer college credits from more than one institution? You can give us information on up to 2 colleges/universities on this form. If you earned credits at more than 2 schools, just submit this form again with information on the other school or schools.

Step 2. Email a copy of your college or university transcript to admission@tci.ac.jp

We can accept unofficial transcripts or student grade reports. That is, you do not need to ask your school to send it. You can just send us a copy of what you already have. We prefer PDF or an image format such as jpg. (Note, however, that we need official academic transcripts only upon application for admission.)

Again, we can accept unofficial transcripts or student grade reports. If you already have a copy of your transcript, or if you can generate a student grade report from your school's website, it's okay to send us that for now. We prefer PDF or an image format such as jpg.

You can expect to hear back from us within a few business days. But if you don't hear from us for some reason, there may be a problem with email. First, check your junk mailbox.
