All interested entertainers must complete all questions. Information will not be used or sold and will remain confidential between Sunfest and the respondents.

Bartlesville Sunfest is an OUTDOOR event taking place during daytime and evening hours. We are a family- oriented event, and acts must be appropriate for all ages.

Festival Dates are Friday June 2 (evening performances), Saturday June 3 (Early afternoon into evening performances), Sunday June 4, 2022 local phraise team performances

We will have 2 stages, which limits entries that will be accepted for performances. Our Main Stage is equipped with professional sound and lighting, and supports acts throughout the day until closing. The Bandshell stage hosts our Friday night movie, and is primarily focused on youth, dance, and other amateur entertainers.

If you are a performer that is a multi-time performer (i.e. does not need a stage, can roam the park, needs a large open space), please still fill out the below.
