On-The-Job Training Workshop Registration

Landscape Ontario is hosting On-The-Job Training (OJT) Workshops to eligible employers and trainers. These workshops are FREE to employers, supervisors and trainers as part of our commitment to helping create a high quality workforce for the growing horticulture industry.

These 1-day train-the-trainer workshops will apply industry proven practices that will lead to quicker training, more effective and productive apprentices and trainees, and improved safety and quality standards.

UPDATE (Jan. 27, 2022): All workshops will be delivered VIRTUALLY.

ELIGIBILITY:
1. Job responsibilities must include training and/or supervising staff (or expect to be within the next 6 months).
2. No more than 3 employees per company

FULL - Virtual - March 16, 2022 - 10AM to 3PM
FULL - Virtual - March 23, 2022 - 10AM to 3PM
