Please complete this short survey about your child's experiences in MCPS Special Education Programs so we can help families find the programs that are best for their children.

If your child has an autism diagnosis and had an IEP in MCPS within the last 3 years, please provide information concerning any discrete special education program(s) your child attended and/or their experience in general education with an IEP.
