Thursday, October 31, 2019, from 6-8 p.m. is one of the most important days of the year at UPC! The Halloween Block Party provides our neighbors with a safe Halloween activity for the whole family where the gracious love of God is on display as we freely provide a tasty meal, sweet candy, and fun activities. Let’s make this year's Halloween Block Party our most spook-tacular yet!
