This award is for USA Climbing Level 1 or 2 Coach members that have exhibited excellence in coaching during the 2019-2020 season. Multiple recipients can receive this award.

Qualifications:
1. Nominee has demonstrated outstanding contributions to their individual team/athletes.
2. Nominee has demonstrated improvement in their coaching.
3. Nominee has demonstrated good sportsmanship.
4. Nominee has demonstrated strong leadership qualities.
5. Nominee possesses good character qualities.
6. Nominee has acted as a role model for other coaches and athletes.
7. Nominee is in good standing with USA Climbing.
