Request to register for the Spring 2024 Industrial Readiness Certificate Program below. Please note, if you plan to pay for classes with vouchers, you will need activated vouchers first before submitting this registration request. Applications with missing vouchers will not be processed. Visit www.myuawford.com to apply for your vouchers by submitting an ETAP (Employee Tuition Assistance Program). Once your vouchers are approved, log back into the "My UAW portal," go back to your submitted application and click "activate." Then, come back here to submit your registration request.

Self-pay students will need to secure their registration with payment to the Prairie State College Business office by the first day of class. Instructions to follow via email. Lastly, check your email, texts and voicemails for other important communication. Thank You.
