Welcome to BEAM! We're a STEM outreach org that works with Title I (low income) elementary schools in LA. We teach weekly science and engineering lessons with fun hands-on activities to keep our kids engaged during this period of virtual distance learning. If you love science and making a positive impact in kids' lives, this is the club for you!

This spring, we're doing all our lessons via Zoom, running weeks 3 through 8. Our planning meetings are Monday 6pm PT and our lessons are Thursday and Friday 3-4pm PT (each member only attends one lesson per week).

We're open to students of all major and years, and we don't have an application to join. Our first general meeting is Monday, April 12 (week 3) at 6-7pm PT-- we hope to see you there!
