Filling out the form below allows us to give you a proper quote for your services. This consultation form is not a guarantee contract of services. Upon receiving your Consultation Form, we will provide a Quote. Upon Quote acceptance, a formal contract will be sent.

A  50% deposit via our E-bill System is required to reserve your wedding date. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the bridal party. In the event that Synergy would need to cancel the contract, we agree to refund 100% of the deposit. Final payment will be required 24 - 48 hours prior to the event so that we are focused on your special day when we or you arrive. We do not accept individual personal payments for any Wedding Parties. Gratuity will be included in the total cost of the quote. Should you desire we stay with your bridal party until the ceremony or later, there will be an additional charge. Should other party members decide they would like services the day of the event, ONCE THE ENTIRE CONTRACTED WEDDING PARTY IS COMPLETED, we are happy to bill those services separately, at the time of service. We can accept cash or credit for those "Last Minute Services". Any services that we are asked to correct or fix from another contractor will be classified as a "Last Minute Service" and billed at that time.

Bridal party members should be on time with clean (shampooed the day before), dry hair, AND A BUTTON DOWN SHIRT.


Prior to your wedding day, there will be a confirmation call to determine the exact amount of people in your bridal party requesting hair service, so that we may staff accordingly. After this confirmation, will be no credits give for party members who do not receive services. If time and resources permit other family/friends receiving services, payment in cash is expected when services are rendered. We will not be able to accept credit cards on site.

Synergy Salon reserves the right to respectfully decline any event. Synergy Salon stylists can refuse services when any medical conditions, such as broken skin or lesions, exist. Should the event require Synergy Salon to subcontract any work to another stylist or artist, additional fees can apply. For insurance reasons, we reserve the right to decline contracts where the bridal party wishes to subcontract out the work on their own accord.
