In the above situation, the wrestler on bottom has already been turned and fought his way back to his belly. When he was in near fall criteria the referee counted to a 4 second count. Due to the hold still keeping the pinning situation the same, the referee has not yet awarded any points. At the point of this picture, the wrestler on bottom lets out a scream of pain forcing the referee to stop the match. Assume this is the first in match injury in this match. Select the next actions of the referee that best follow the NFHS rule set.
