All sponsors must meet guidelines established in MAND’s sponsorship policy

an invoice will be sent to the email address listed above with instructions for making a credit card or check payment.
The deadline to sign up to sponsor/exhibit is
Friday, February 28th, 2025, 11:59pm EST. Registration will not be considered complete until payment has been received. Late registration may be accepted by email, based on availability. However, for all registration forms received after the March 25th deadline, a late fee of $50.00 will be added to the total cost.
Cancellation policy: Prior to 11:59pm EST on
Monday, March 3rd, 2025, organizations that have completed registration are eligible for a 50% partial refund in the event that they are no longer able to attend the Annual Conference. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations after midnight
