A teacher reference is needed. List your teachers name and CORRECT email and a google form will be sent to them. The form has free response questions that your selected teacher needs to be answered. You should communicate to your teacher to be on the lookout for the form as you can not join Royal Connections without a teacher reference. *

As a member of Royal Connections, you may under limited circumstances, have access to student education records and other student information. Student education records include all records, files, documents and other materials that contain personally identifiable information on any student (such as name, grade, disability, birthday, etc.). As a member of Royal Connections, you agree with the following: 

1. I will not discuss with others (including family and friends) the identity of ANY student in Royal Connections. 

2. I will not discuss with others the content of any specific student records, nor will I disclose personally identifiable student information, or any other information regarding individual students. 

3. I understand that questions about individual student information or the content of confidential student records must be directed to the Royal Connections advisors. 

4. I must report any breach or suspected breach in confidentiality, immediately upon my discovery, to the Royal Connections advisors.
