We are so happy you are interested in a Long-Term Placement (LTP) with one or more Associate IndeVets! LTPs are a 13-week commitment from an Associate IndeVet to a hospital shift for one day per week. You can have multiple LTPs with the same Associate IndeVet or multiple LTPs each week with different Associate IndeVets.
LTPs have many benefits for Partner Hospitals including consistent, guaranteed coverage with the same Associate IndeVet for a prolonged timeframe. The ability to have this continuity of patient care can lead to better client satisfaction and retention. Long-Term Placements combine the flexibility of using a relief veterinarian with the stability of an associate veterinarian's schedule without having to pay benefits, taxes, or insurance.
