Tables and hospitality suites are an excellent way to greet attendees at the 2022 Convention! All tables or hospitality suites must abide by the following:
· All display tables and hospitality events are subject to approval by Convention Organizers. The Convention Organizers reserve the right to withdraw privileges at any time, at their sole discretion.
· At all times, table rentals or hospitality events must act with good intentions and not bring ill will or malice towards the Alberta NDP.
· All printed material must be pre-approved by the Convention Committee.
Table rentals or hospitality events are responsible for transporting their own material to/from the event.
Table rental fees:
· Party Organization - $50
· Issue Oriented Non-Profit Organization - $100/day
· For Profit Company - $100/day
Hospitality Events will be responsible for their own costs including event space, food & beverage, and any applicable audio-visual support.
