Sign up below for Kids' Art Programming for AUGUST 14th at Workshop 660 (660 Belmont Avenue, on the corner of Belmont Avenue and Glasgow Street). Mary Neil and Josie Bird of LAUNCH Waterloo will be leading this workshop.

Come explore music-making through play with junk…yup, junk! Mary Neil's workshop is family-friendly and encourages creativity through a fun jam session with instruments made from strange things like PVC pipes, buckets, copper pipes, recyclables, and random items rescued from the landfill for your musical pleasure! No musical experience required. Just pick up some drumsticks and let the music move you.

Then join the LAUNCH team to learn about STEAM principles with found objects! We will take common household items and use them to learn about energy and laws of motion. Join us as we use our creativity and a bit of science to LAUNCH your creation into outer space!
